How Are These Products Different From Other Natural Skin Care Products?

This is a good question that can be answered by checking out our product ingredient lists for yourself. A lot of skincare products use the word “natural”, in most cases after seeking out the ingredient lists we find the term “natural” to be a very loosely used word in the skincare industry.

We use only the finest ingredients, all of our products are 100% plant based. Each ingredient is either grown, or harvested from an organic, biodynamic, or eco – ethical farm, or they are sustainably harvested from the wild (“wildcrafted”), depending on their availability. We are a non-toxic skin care line and Made Safe® Certified.

Where Can I Find A List Of The Ingredients?

Freegirl Skin Care is completely transparent when providing information about our products and the ingredients used. Every product page provides an Ingredients tab that lists all ingredients included in that product. If you have any questions about the ingredients, please contact us.

What Are My Payment Options?

We accept all credit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot offer COD at this time.

Can I Place An Order By Phone?

Yes, you can purchase our products through our website shop, on our Facebook page or you can contact us by phone at 720-550-1306. We also have a chat feature that is usually active between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm CST, except on weekends and holidays.

Please Explain Your Delivery Process?

Scheduling: We attempt to deliver as promptly as possible, however, we are at the mercy of the shipping provider. We offer you the option of U.S. Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. Each shipping provider has their own pricing structure that are featured when you check out, so that you can select the option that works best for you.

Please keep in mind that all packages will be delivered to your door, unless you make special arrangements. Freegirl cannot be responsible for damages provided by the weather or animals, nor can we be responsible for theft. Please use a safe delivery address when checking out.
